Dear Neighbor,

I am humbled and proud to receive the prestigious honor of being named one of the 100 Most Influential Blacks in the state by the CT NAACP. I want to thank the NAACP Connecticut State Conference for selecting me and congratulate all who are being recognized for their work.

The 100 Most Influential Blacks in Connecticut Award Ceremony celebrates renowned influencers, recognizes community leaders, and honors industry trailblazers who often go unnoticed for their exceptional contributions to the community. 

I especially want to thank the constituents of the 140th district. I thank you for your trust in me. I am proud to serve as your State Representative.
