Children's Committee to Hold Public Hearing on HB 5003

The Children's Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday regarding HB 5003, "AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION FUND."
The purpose is to make use of the Early Childhood Care and Education Fund to fund early care and education programs and initiatives in the state.
