Spherification Science: Make Your Own Popping Boba!

December 4, 2025
Time for another fun STEM event at Hall Memorial Library! Join me on Tuesday, December 9, at one of two evening events, "Spherification Science: Make Your Own Popping Boba!"
Using simple ingredients and different droppers, tools, and techniques, participants will investigate how physical variables affect shape and texture. A fun way to learn chemistry, experiment design, and creative cooking! Ingredients will include fruit juices, water, sodium alginate, and calcium chloride.
This program is for kids ages 5–12 and will be held in the Children's Program Room.
