Please stop by tonight for an information session to help anyone whose tires were damaged in the paving project on Route 7 in Wilton. Several people have told me the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has denied claims.

I will be hosting the information session tonight from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Comstock Community Center in room 12 to provide some help, answer your questions, and break down how to navigate the claim process.

I have been working with the CTDOT to reopen rejected claims and will petition state officials to consider these claims seriously. Drivers deserve a serious response and in most cases some kind of reimbursement. I'm committed to making sure drivers are treated fairly in the claims process.
