The House is back in session this week voting on a series of important bills. We approved several pieces of legislation including:
 
House Bill 6699, which would put an end to the legal sale of unregulated high-THC products outside our strict cannabis marketplace

House Bill 6614, which would require gas stations to offer cash discounts if you pay with a debit card

House Bill 6877, which strengthens the process and execution of risk protection orders (RPOs) to keep weapons out of the hands of those at imminent risk of injuring themselves or someone else

House Bill 6638, which modernizes and improves consistency in Connecticut's discrimination statutes

House Bill 6642, which identifies and develops a federal Title IX compliance toolkit to protect kids against sexual misconduct

We will be in session again tomorrow, and I'll continue to provide updates on the bills we are working on passing in the House.
