The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means most students are having to learn virtually and many people are working remotely from home. We believe nobody should be hit with new caps on their data usage by internet providers, particularly during a pandemic, but some companies such as Comcast have done just that. The Energy & Technology Committee led by House Chair David Arconti of Danbury is taking the lead on legislation this session to stop these unfair new charges.
