Expect Delays at Night in Downtown Stamford

There will soon be slowdowns downtown at night for road work. Please keep scrolling to see exactly when and where to expect lane closures.

House Democrats continue to spotlight Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month. Read below to learn how Connecticut is a trailblazer in celebrating and educating our children about our AANHPI roots.

Expect Slowdowns Downtown

Drivers should expect delays for night time road work at Route 1 (Tresser Boulevard) and Route 137 (Washington Boulevard) in Stamford. Crews will begin milling the night of Wednesday, May 29 through the morning of Friday, May 31. The paving project will begin the evening of Tuesday, June 4 through the morning of Friday, June 7.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation says there will be lane closures and alternative traffic patterns from 8:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. during the road work schedule.
