During Tuesday's session, the House passed HB 5308 - AN ACT CONCERNING ABSENTEE VOTING FOR CERTAIN PATIENTS OF NURSING HOMES. This bill eases the path to voting for nursing home residents. Please see my testimony on the bill below.
