I am excited to announce an expansion of tuition-free community college program in Connecticut! Now, any high school graduate and legal resident of Connecticut, even those with past college experience, can benefit.
Other changes to the program include:
- Elimination of the 48-month timeframe to complete your program to receive free tuition
- Continuous enrollment is no longer required to keep your free tuition eligibility
- Tuition-Free funding is designated as the “Mary Ann Handley Award”
