Critical Funding for Groton and New London

Dear Neighbor,
It was great to see the Community Investment Fund 2030 approve $2 million for the Thames Valley Council for Community Action's Groton Early Childhood Education Center and over $1.62 million for the completion of Lyman Allyn Park.

The funding must now be approved by the State Bond Commission.

Both of these organizations play a unique and critical role in our community, with the TVCCA providing much-needed relief for parents seeking childcare, and the Lyman Allyn Museum continuing to bring in tourists and interested residents. I thank the CIF board for their continued support.
