Productive Meeting in Chicago

Dear Neighbor, 

I had a highly productive meeting at the Nuclear Legislative Working Group in Chicago, hosted by the National Conference of State Legislatures and Nuclear Energy Institute. Collaborating with legislators from across the country was incredibly valuable.
As we tackle the issue of energy rates and the critical need for base load energy, nuclear power stands out as a clean and reliable solution. Base load energy refers to the minimum amount of consistent power that must be available to meet the demand. Unlike some renewable sources that can be intermittent, nuclear energy provides a stable, continuous output, ensuring a reliable energy supply 24/7.
Investing in nuclear power not only helps in maintaining affordable energy rates but also supports our goal of reducing carbon emissions. Let's power a sustainable and dependable future together!
