We will discuss the importance of developing children's literacy skills, and how that will positively impact their future. March 14, 2024Great news! The Aging Committee approved HB 5001, an omnibus bill I am proud to be working on as Deputy Majority Caucus Chair. HB 5001 will provide further support to our seniors. This bill will allow more seniors to age in place, increase protections in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and improve training for caregivers.
