November 12, 2021On Thursday, we celebrated Veterans Day, which occurs on November 11 every year in the United States in honor of the “eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month" of 1918 that signaled the end of World War I. It was an honor to join state and local leaders for a wreath laying ceremony at the memorial to soldiers from East Harford killed in the line of duty during WWI.

State and local law enforcement officials are reminding resident that among those laws is a new requirement for seat belts. Effective today, all occupants of a vehicle, regardless of their age, are required to wear a seat belt.
