CCRA Honors Rep. D'Agostino
State Representative Michael D'Agostino was honored by the Connecticut Care Retirement Association for passage of Public Act 15-115, An Act Establishing a Bill of Rights for Residents of Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Legislation introduced and principally authored by Rep. D'Agostino that provides greater protections for residents of Continuing-Care Retirement Communities (CCRC's) was approved unanimously by the full General Assembly earlier this year and was signed into law by the Governor on June 23, 2015.
