Welcoming State Bond Funds for Two Projects in Stratford

I join members of the Stratford delegation in welcoming funds for two projects that focus on redevelopment and improvement measures in Stratford.

The two projects receiving state bond funds:

  • Stratford Army Engine Plant (SAEP) Redevelopment: $2 million. The plan includes developing the former SAEP property into a mixed-use residential area and works to meet flood resiliency standards as guided by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP).
  • Bunnell High School Track Improvements: $1.3 million
