COVID-19 Rapid Testing Site Now Open

April 17, 2020As the State of Connecticut continues taking actions in response to the global spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Governor Ned Lamont provided the following updates as of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Coronavirus Response Efforts Update 04-15-2020
April 16, 2020As of April 15, 2020, a total of 14755 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported among Connecticut residents. One thousand nine hundred eight patients are currently hospitalized. There have been 868 COVID-19-associated deaths. Today’s is a brief report format; a full report will be published weekly on Thursdays with additional information. The increase in deaths reported is related to catch up of data entry and reporting and does not reflect a change in the trajectory of the outbreak.
