We are happy to invite you to the 3rd Annual Mental Health & Wellness Fair at the Capitol on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and May 5th being Maternal Mental Health Day.

We will kick off the fair with a press conference at the North Lobby of the State Capitol at 9:30 AM, and the fair will begin shortly after at 10:00 AM.

There is no vendor fee. We will provide one 6 ft. long table, with 2 chairs for staff members. We encourage your agency to bring a table cloth, a back drop if you have one, free handouts, business cards, pamphlets, merch, samples, interactive displays or games for attendees, along with any other resources your organization is willing to provide for attendees.

Please enter through the Capitol’s public visitor entrance on the west side of the state capitol. Booth set-up begins at 9:00 AM. Free parking is available on Capitol Grounds on the north & south side of the capitol, please park in any unmarked or untagged parking spot. Alternatively, we also have free parking located on the first floor of the LOB garage.

A few quick reminders before the event:

1. Please arrive for set-up as early as 8:30am at the visitor entrance of the Capitol. Check in with security, unload your items at the door, and then go find parking afterwards on-site or at the LOB garage.
2. All confirmed agencies have been sent the above map, along with a map of indoors where their table is via email. Please find your placard and set-up at your convenience.
3. Remember to bring a table cloth, business cards, pamphlets, free merchandise, any free giveaways and handouts, and interactive games are always encouraged for attendees.
4. Wear GREEN is you can, in honor of May Mental Health Awareness Month!
5. Final reminder: HAVE FUN! We appreciate all the wonderful agencies providing time and energy for our legislators, staff, and to the public who will be able to experience this one-of-a-kind fair! But don’t forget to take time to meet the folks tabling next to you & experience the rest of the fair as well. We are very excited to see you Tuesday!
